If you're smelling fuel, it's not getting burned. Something wrong with inginition. Examples, timing is off, need tune up, wires are wrong on truck, and more.

Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input is what that code means. Sorry, I was tired when I wrote that last one. Skipped that code...lol. Ok, almost every vechile from mid 80's and on have an emission system on it. It helps keep fuel from evaporating into the air and increase fuel milage. Since you're having a problem with it running, you smell fuel, you have a leak in that system. Could be as simple as a loose gas cap, hose connection, or a pin (or larger) size hole in a hose. For this it needs special equipment to diagnose. Try tightening gas cap, check hoses running to evaporat canistor (should be on drivers side near headlights inside engine compartment), other then that it needs to go in.

94 tbi starts but dies unless u pump the gas it runs rough

This could be a whole range of problems from lack of fire to engine to a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator in the TBI but if all of that is good then check the Cat. converter to make sure it is not plugged or the muffler. As I have 1994 Chev Silverado myself I know you can pull the 02 sensor out ahead of the cat. and it should run better not well but better. It will relieve the back pressure to the engine.

Get the codes read. you will get a better idea of where to start testing to repair this one. Most auto parts stores will do this for little or nothing. Please get back to me and we can trouble shoot this together.

2001 Forester, Rough idle and engine loping driving at low rpm

I had a similar problem on my 2002 Impreza RS 2.5 (same engine and engine control system). In my case it was the O2 sensor on the intake manifold. This happened at 34,xxx mi. so it was covered by the warranty. Replacing the part is very easy. (two bolts and a wiring harness). Obviously I would start simple and cheap and work your way to expensive and difficult.
From my understanding its all caused from the engine missfiring. If its been a while or never, I'd change the spark plugs first. (stick with the Subaru Parts plugs, I went after market and the dealer claimed the plugs were not the correct "temperature" and had to pay for the new plugs and install although they did it without my permition. Thats a whole nother story).
Could also be the manifold pressure sensor.
Either 02 or manifold pressure sensor may cause intermitent check engine light.
Where I live Brookline,MA , Autozone will run a free diagnostic on your car by hooking up to your ECU and will give you the trouble codes and possible remidies. Of course there are no guarentee's but it will point you in the right direction.
Good Luck

97 chev tahoe service engine light is on and it wont start

P0300 is random multiple misfire. If its been more then 3years since the last tune-up, do one. Usually it is caused by debris inside the distributor cap but could also be plugs wires, fuel and air filter.

Have someone turn the key on while you watch the injectors. If any gas leaks out of the injectors, without cranking on it) replace the o'rings around the injectors.
