Question about 1996 Ford Explorer
How do I find out what kind of transmission is in my exployer?
if the transmission is original there should be a series of numbers on the transmission pan if you get these series of numbers and take them to a parts house they should be able to pull up the information for the series of the transmission if not you can always call you're local ford dealer and give them the vin to match the transmission up so you can call a parts house to get pricing... hope this helps you out....thanks
