Question about 1998 Ford Econoline
You will need to remove the engine cover from inside and the spark plugs go straight down from the top of the engine. If this is a 5.4 liter engine or the 6.8 you will need to remove the coils from each individual cylinder and the plugs are under the coils. If you have the 4.6 then you have plug wires and the plugs are obviously under the wires but still from the top side of the engine.
