Did you even look at the pdf? You can't possibly get any more detailed information then that. If you still don't know then I wouldn't recommend making the repair as you will end up doing more damage then good. If there is a problem with the link let me know and please accept/rate my solution appropriately.
    Thank you,
    Lee

I really don't think the HEI is similar on the front wheel drive 1991 fleetwood with the 4.9 Liter V-8

doesn't your fleetwood have the 4.9L in it? As far as I know that was the only available engine for fleetwood in 91. If so that is exactly the right information.
    Thanks,
    Lee

The Ignition Control Module (ICM) is located on the left front cylinder head directly above the ignition coil. You will have to remove panels underneath the dash- as well as some ductwork to gain access.

Looking for a Wiring diagram for the ignition coil on a Cadillac fleetwood 1991

There is not much to a wiring diagram for the ignition coil on that vehicle. The coil connections are all made inside the distributor. One ignition feed wire and the rest is self-conained within the distributor housing.

I have a 1993 cadillac fleetwood. All the lights work except for the headlights. What can this be? I've already checked the headlight switch, relay and the fuse.

You need to replace the twilight sentinel day time running lights module. Also be fore replacing it make sure you have a power supply comming from the pink wire (from ignition switch to the Module).engine running. There is only one pink wire going to or from this module. If no power, then replace ignition switch first. Good Luck and have a good XMASS.

I need to know what the two connectors on the distributor cap for a 1989 cadillac fleetwood fwd sedan with a 4.5 litre v 8 really do

the power control module ( engine computer ) the ignition module, the rpm gauge if its an option on your dash gauge, ignition switch is all connected to the distributor.. In your car you will not have one for yours is a 4.5 fwd which did not have one. In fact 1985 on up were all electronic and were all distributor less. A coil pack sets onto a module which takes the place of the distributor. The camshaft and crankshaft runs off sensors that tell the computer what signal to send to the module when to have the coil add spark to the cylinders spark plug
