Hello there:
From the sound of it i would say that thew throw out bearing is going out i would recommend having a new clutch put in if you take it to a shop it can be very pricey you can do it by yourself if you have the proper tools and general knowledge of clutch repairs for about $200.00 maybe a little bit more if you take it to a shop you will be looking at about $500.00 to $1000.00
hope this helps you out thank you

I assume that you are getting your car checked at regular interval and also having car services at regular time. If services are done on time than it seems a simple problem with your cluch pedal. You clutch pedal need servicing and some lubrication. Check your chutch wire also which connects clutch pedal to the gear box. Now if you have not serviced your car at regular interval that the problem can be anything.

the noise you hear is the thro-out-bearing .when you apply the clutch pedal it applies pressure on the pressure plate .the noise stops until you let out the clutch again, the bearing can be replaced without replacing the whole kit, clutch ,pressure plate,thro-out-bearing if money is a issue,...Merry Christmas.

SQUEALING NOISE IN FRONT OF MOTOR

I think your release (throw-out) bearing is bad on your clutch system. You'll need to replace your clutch kit so make sure the kit comes with a new release bearing and a new pilot bearing. Be sure that the garage that does the work promises to replace those items along with the clutch replacement. There should be NO EXTRA charge for this since it would be the easiest thing to do out of the whole job.

the leak is probably a separate issue from the noise. is the leak very bad? can you tell if it's engine oil or transmission lube/fluid? most likely the rear main bearing seal needs replacing. the noise is most likely the clutch release bearing. you should replace all components of the clutch assembly which include; clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and piolot bearing. also have the fly wheel resurfaced. while the trans is out, you can check the rear main seal and the trans input shaft seal and replace accordingly.

97 jeep wrangler sport, mechanic changes clutch

If the pilot bearing was the problem it would make noise with the clutch pushed and go away when you let it out. Have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?

My front tire is sqeeling and somtimes my car putts when i'm on the highway and sometimes there is smoke from the tire area but not under the hood what is it and what can i do to fix it

"squeal" noise could be low tire pressures, or even low brake warning sensors on the brake pads. Squeal with foot OFF of the brake pedal, and goes away on brake application. Hope this helps

That will be your clutch release bearing. It should be ok, if noisy for a while but make sure you change it with the next clutch assembly change.
