The radiator itself, will rest on a "shelf" at the bottom, and bolt to the top front of the car (inside engine compartment). There should then be an upper hose, that will connect to the thermostat housing, and the bottom hose that connects to the water pump.

You may want to purchase a CHILTON auto repair manual for this installation; you can pick one up for about 20 bucks at any auto parts store.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

How to Replace a Radiator in a Toyota Tundra car?

The instructions to replace the radiator is as follows:--
1) Locate the radiator. For that remove the engine undercover. Beside the radiator there is a plug.Loosen the plug on the bottom of the radiator and drain the engine coolant into tray or bucket. Also disconnect the hose to the radiator reservoir, and take off the upper radiator hose and lower radiator hose
2) Then to remove the radiator.Look at the fan shroud and remove the bolts holding the radiator. Detach the clips holding the fan shroud and lift the radiator carefully out of the engine compartment.
3) The old faulty radiator which you want to remove is out now.
4) Put the radiator bracket hooks in the radiator support holes and install the new radiator in the reverse method of how you removed the old one out.

I want to learn how to drain and flush my radiator. I need help on how to do so without making as mess

well its bound to make a little mess but you should have a drain plug on the radiator at the bottom towards the engine side on one of the 2 tanks (sides of radiator ) unscrew drain plug and let drain into a pail or pan ( 2 gallon ) after it drains remove lower radiator hose. use a garden hose and fill radiator and let it flush for a little, hook lower radiator hose back, tighten drain plug and fill with a 50/50 mix new antifreeze,

The engine got hot could it be the thermostat and where is it located also the water pump

Could be thermostat, follow the upper radiator hose from radiator to engine, where it hooks up at engine end, is where thermostat is at, remove small bolts at housing where hose clamps to, under that housing is where thermostat is at.Water pump, follow lower radiator hose from radiator to engine, where it hook up to, is where water pump is at.

I have a 2003 Ford F350 7.3 diesel engine,Engine run fine, but only the problem diesel mix with coolant, what could be the problem.

you may have two hoses that hooked into your radiator that help cool you oil. If the radiator breaks down inside than you need to replace the radiator. The radiator probably has four tubes or hoses bolted to the tanks. Two four transmission two for cooling oil. If so you need to replace the radiator and flush out the cooling system and clean out the water jug. Do not wait long cause you could clogg your heater core with oil. and also cause the vehicle to over heat and that is not good for diesels.leave comment

Were is the thermostat for a 2004 stratus?

Since you did not specify the engine for the Stratus, here are both configurations. On the 4 cylinders it is where the upper radiator hose hooks to the engine
On the 2.5L v6 it is where the lower radiator hose hooks to the engine.

I hope this helps and good luck. Please vote and leave a comment.

Can't find the thermostat .car running hot.water pump working find,i think its the thermostat

Follow the upper radiator hose to where it hooks on the engine. The thermostat is located inside the housing that the hose hooks onto. Hope this helped and best wishes.

if it is the 3.5 liter v6 then the thermostat will be at the top of the engine where the radiator hose hooks up to the engine there will be a short pipe where radiator hooks up and two or three bolts holding it to the engine it is not under the plastic intake plenum it is forward of that .
