Question about 2005 Dodge Stratus
Sounds like you have a bad vacuum leak. Assuming you've checked the plugs and wires - run the car at night and look under the hood for any sparks - don't touch the wires if they are sparking. If you know the plugs and wires are good, the gas is fresh, etc. listen for a vacuum leak. You may have a line that came loose or is worn and leaky.
