Question about Mitsubishi Endeavor
Yeah a broken engine mount.. Here is how to check this..
1.) pop the hood,
2.) have someone start the vehicle
look at the engine,,
3.) press acclerator,,
4.) put in drive and press acclerator with brake fully depressed
5.) put in reverse and do the same,
put in part lock all to the right
6.) put in park and lock all to the left and press acclerator..
now with the above test ,, watch and see if the engine ,, move bask and up, leaps up, rushes foward etc.. basically your looking for the engine shifting.. This is causing the noice when u push the break and rough idling..
