Question about Ford Taurus
Well I will just start off and go over all the hoses, components, and electrical relays for the entire system. Starting at the ac compressor there are two coolant lines running out of it. Follow the line that heads to the back of the engine by the firewall you will come to a charging port looks like a large version of the valve on a tire. This line is the low pressure vapor line. It runs between the compressor and the accumulator/drier (shaped like a soup can with the lines running in the top) located on that line you will have 1 the A/C charge valve port(low side) 2 the A/C cycling switch. The line leaving the Accumulator/dryer runs to the Evaporator core this is where the low pressure liquid is turned in to low pressure vapor. from the Evaporator core the tubing runs to condenser core this is where the high pressure vapor is turned into the high pressure liquid. In the middle of the tubing between them it is the Evaporator core orifice is sorta resembles a hour glass that the fluid passes through. Leaving the condenser core is the last tube running back to the A/C compressor. Along that tube you will run 1 the A/C charge valve port(high side) 2 the Pressure relief valve . I hope i could make this a little easier to relay the information to you. Please if you have any questions feel free to let me know and I can help you out.
