The fuse block should be located on the around the end of the dash board or on the fire wall on driver side down by the brake pedal and should be marked brk. Lts after checking the fuse if fuse is good should check the brake switch that would be located on the break pedal this switch sometimes go bad and needs replacing these are a easy replacement it should have a clip with a pin running threw the brake pedal and will have an electric plug that will need to be removed to get the switch out hope this helps you out.

My running lights work but my brake lights dont and sometime my turn signals dont work could this be due to my brake switch?

Find location of fuse box in Owner's Manual. You should see a diagram of the Breaker for your brake lights. Change the fuse with the same color.

Brake light is working but not the tail light?

There are three fuses involved.
There is a 25 amp fuse before the brake switch located in the fuse box under the hood. Then there are two 15amp fuses after the brake switch in the box inside the cabin. One is for the lower brake lights and the other is for the high mount light and the trailer connector.
You would need to know if the 15amp fuse for the lower lights has power when the brake pedal switch is applied.

Brake lights gone, hazards and blinkers work. fuses are good

Replace the turn signal switch. The 2 lower brake lights run through this swith but the upper one does not. Let me know if you have any questions. Its not a hard oub if you are fairly mechanical. I expensive to have a dealer do. The part new is about $65.00.

The problem you're having with your brake light is very commond with your car, to solve this problem you need to replace the relay on the left hand side of the panel(first from top) and this panel is located on the driver side in the trunk. these relays are all the same.Good luck

If you have the owners manual for this car look in the index for fuses. This will give you specific location of which fuse protects the brake light. Fuse block is typically located under the drivers side dash, near the floor. Have you changed the bulbs?

ljones, Did you check the "VEH stop" fuse in the left side instrument panel fuse box. There are 3 stop light fuses, 1 for all the stop lights located in the under hood fuse box. 2 in the left side IP fuse box. 1 for the upper stop light and 1 for the lower stop lights. The fuse box in the IP is where the upper and lower stop lights split. Let me know.
