Question about 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee
First check the owner's manual and, test the correct fuses with a multimeter or, by substitution if you don't have one:
The fuses should be quite small in value; only miliamps.
Check for any in-line fuses at the radio and, or, the amplifier.
Take an old speaker attach long wires to it and, use it like a multimeter. to check for sound: if you hear the radio playing very softly; The amp is not working but, the radio is good.
