Interior lights do not come on when the door is opened plus the lights on the visors do not either. I looked in my manual under the fuses and did not see any that appeared to be connected to the problem

Check to be sure that the knob that controls these lights, usually on the left side of the steering column is not turned way down or off. Joe

Check each fuse just to be sure. May be a ground in the door switch for the interior lights. Dirt or corrosion, say if you live somewhere that salts roads that can increase the chance of it.

There is a fuse box under the hood with70+ fuses in it plus a 'rear under seat' box too with 50+ fuses in it also. What do you mean 'check each fuse'? And where would I find the ground for the door?

06 acura tl draw on#15 fuse under hood only. ( acc-back up)

Most draws come from the starter, alternator, and radio. Some will come from the interior lights. Most interior light draws are from the sun visor lights for the mirror in the visor. Another could be a wire for the dome light coming from the door switch. Possibilities are endless, but this is what I have found. Good luck...

The interior lights will not come on when door opens, the visor lamps will NOT light no matter what, radio lights work normally the turn signal lamps blink fast, but all bulbs light

For the turn signal flashing fast - MAKE SURE you have all bulbs flashing that are SUPPOSED to be flashing. The front side marker lamps are part of this equation.

As for the interior (dome and visor) lamps, there is a fuse labeled "CTSY LAMP" in the fuse block. The lamps themselves are controlled by the body control module (BCM). The CTSY LAMP fuse only provides input power to the BCM. I would start with a scan of the BCM to see if it can shed any light (No pun intended) on your problem.

Years ago, the visor mirror cover on the passenger side, broke off. This is a lighted visor mirror. I was just going to leave it...but it seemed to get hot and I was afraid it would burn the ceiling...

After you pulled out the socket, maybe the positive and negative wires accidentally touched and blew a fuse. First, tape the wires so they can't touch each other. Then, look at the fuse box and see if a fuse is blown. The owners manual or perhaps the fuse box itself will tell you which fuse controls the interior lights.

Electric locks, dome and visor lights don't work

You have a bad fuse. Break out the little owners manual and check out the fuse section or just manually pull each fuse, one at a time, and check them. Simplest way would be to just replace them all. $10. 10 minutes. Also could be two unrelated problems. The lights might be turned off at the interior light dimmer switch but that will usually turn the gauge (speedometer etc..) lights off too. If none of the door locks work from any of the buttons then it's pretty definately their fuse. You can't always tell if the fuse is good by looking either. Usually, but not 100% of the time.

2002 jeep liberty - limited - electrical problem

If yor liberty is a 2002 to 2004 it is very likley that the wiring harness is pinched under either the drivers or passengers seat. you need to remove the seats (its only 4 bolts) and lift up the carpet and look at the harness that runs under the seats. I have seen this many times before.By the way i am a Jeep master technicain and have been for 15 years.
