Please where is the location of Mercedes E200k 2008 fuel filter. Please provide a picture if possible.

Here is a link that provides full details. The filter is inside the fuel tank, but is removable and serviceable.

You may want to save this link since it has a wealth of useful information. Even though the E200k will not be listed (American site, starts with E320) most of the fittings are applicable accross the E-series.

My mercedes 1999 cuts out and wont start 30mins later it will

this happens on my partners a class but only when the fuel gauge drops to 1/4 full. Now we keep it filled up with no problems. We had the fuel filters replaced without success.I think maybe there are fuel sensors which are telling the car it is out of fuel.Like yourself we would wait for a while then the car would start.

Car ran out of gas now keeps stalling

you have a clog somewhere. On the fuel pump there is a "sock" to prevent **** from being sucked into fuel lines/filter. This "sock" may be blocked. It may also be in the lines to the fuel filter or the filter itself. Hard to say without seeing. There is also TSB on this car for faulty fuel gauge reading more fuel than what is in ur tank. Heres the TSB:
2006 Mercedes Benz Cls500 Fuel System, Other Service Bulletin 260763 NHTSA: Action Number: 10016670 Service Bulletin Number: 260763
  • Report Date:
    May 01, 2009
  • Component:
    Fuel System, Other

Summary: Mercedes: the fuel level indicated in the instrument cluster does not match the actual fill level. This may be caused by a fault in the fuel level sensor function chain: hydraulic and electrical lines and their connections, rear sam or in

You can find all recalls at I would contact Mercedes, it sounds like they may be at fault. Good luck

How can i get to the fuel tank send unit only reads half full

well if you have it an empty fuel light came on to your dash, then you have travelled and just consumed the whole entire reserved gas in your tank, so when you are filling it up again, it will fill-up first the reservoir for your reserved gas then if it reach the minimum level of gas in your tank, then the fuel sensor unit will tell you now the exact amount of gas level on your gauge just keep filling it up (gas), DO not Press the entire trigger of the pump, just press it half way and moderate while filling -up gas so wont stop clicking and you thought that you have your tank full already but it was not.

2006 GMC Envoy gas gauge not functioning properly.

GM had a problem with the fuel sending unit cards inside the fuel tank,If you replace that you should be good to go.

Engine Stall

change the fuel filter it maybe clogged, check for any vacuum leaks even at the intake manifolds
I would recommend trying STP fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank and make sure you have at least a half a tank of gas when adding and then finish filling it up and take the car out on the highway and drive it to run it through the fuel system and see if this helps and if it does then change the fuel filter

I have a 1986 190D Mercedes-Benz, the problem i'am having is i have to keep my car over half full of fuel in order for it to start right away. If its less than half full of fuel my car won't start right...

Check your fuel pump pressure. You can rent a fuel pressure gauge from autozone and check pressure coming from supply pump. I bet its weak. Hope this helps.
