You're changing parts for nothing here, you need a spark tester(in line works best) injector signal tester(noid light) fuel pressure guage, and in a pinch compression guage, spark, fuel, compression, no engine will run without all three

How to Connect sparplug wires in the correct fireing order?

The firing order is 1342 Number 1 should be marked on the distributor cap . start from there , notice the direction the rotor turns, next terminal on the caps goes to number 3 cylinder and so on. to find number one if the cap is not marked do the following. remove number 1 spark plug and turn engine over till compression is felt, line up the timing marks on the crank pulley and timing cover. remove the dist. cap the rotor is now pointing to number 1 position on the cap.

Also, 1990 honda accord 2.2 ) wheres the # 1 prong on t6he cap? and how do i no if i got the firing order right?

Reset the timing: Pull the number one spark plug out and bump the engine over with the starter, and your finger over the plug hole. AS soon as you feel pressure building on your finger, stop and turn the crank on around until the timing scale is at 0 degrees. Now number one cylinder will be at top dead center of the compression stroke. The rotor will be pointing at the number one spark plug tower on the cap. Now as the rotor turns with the engine being cranked over, the firing order will be from one tower to the next around the cap. I don't know your firing order for that v-6, but the plug wires should be arranged in order around the dist. cap. Check if they are right, following the rotor direction around the cap.

Truck wont crank. we have put new distributor cap, rotor button, coil pack, plugs, wires, and fuel pump. we also checked our firing order.

you said you repl dist cap that means you don't have a crank sensor you have electronic ing module. remove your elec ing module have it tested most auto parts stores could test your module, or check your coil at the neg terminal. should have power. if not you lost your primary volt from your batt.your secondary power is coming from your electronic ing module from the module to the pos terminal on the coil, when the eng cranks, from the coil to the dist cap , from the dist cap center to the rotor then out to the plugs, this all happen pervided the timing belt or timing chain is ok. the cumbustion chainber needs 3 things , thats fuel, air, and spark.

I changed the spark plugs and wires on my chevy s10 2wd pick up, which is a 4 cylinder and now it will not turn over. I might have the wires mixed up on the distributer cap. Can someone show me a picture...

Replace the spark plugs and wires along with a distributor cap and rotor. Be careful to leave the old wires and plug wires connected to dist.cap, just remove dist. cap from the distributor and lay aside with plug wires on it then install rotor then new cap and proceed to replace each wire for cap and spark plug one at a time so you don't mix up the spark plug wire firing order. Cap laying to the side is used for reference purpose.

1990 K5 Blazer DIED(Electrical?)?

There may be no injector pulse if the computor does not see a RPM signal.
There will be no spark if the ignition module does not see a dist pulse from the dist pickup.......a RPM signal.
Because you do not have both ......I would suggest to check/change the dist pick up.
Follow the wires from the ignition module inside the dist to the pickup which is also inside the dist.
If it is just a bad dist pickup....keep all your old parts as good spares.
Also...is the dist turning? to provide a RPM signal?
You will have to remove the dist to change the pick-up.....mark your timing locations......"rotor position" and "dist body location"before removal.
A quick test before installing the "repaired dist" .....plug it in the the truck wiring and turn on the key....DO NOT CRANK THE ENGINE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DIST ROTOR CORRECT POSITION......as you spin the dist by hand .....the injectors should spray.

Cannot start changing pugs and wires

Sounds like you have the firing order right but your off on the #1 on the distributer. Every time you get an explosion coming from the carb its misfiring. Find the #1 on dist and continue with firing order

Car will not start

If I am right, the firing order is,1-3-4-2. With the dissy cap removed, have someone turn the engine over so you can see which way the rotor arm goes. Set the engine to TDC and the rotor arm should point to the No1 cylinder at the start of the firing order. If it rotor points away from the No 1 cylinder then slacken the dissy housing and move the diddy until the rotor ppoints to the No1 cylinder. Now pHT lead from the No1 spark plug to the No 1 possition on the dissy cap. The next lead goes on the next available possition on the dissy cap in the way of the rotation of the rotor then to the No3 spark plug carry on the same with 2 and 4 and that should solve your problem unless you have a different firing order.
