Question about 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier
1st thing to do is dump a can of motor flush in the crank case. follow directions on can. replace with full synthethic motor oil. Valvoline reccomended. 5w30. change fuel filter, sparkplugs and wires, valve cover gasket (probaly dry rotted.) replace pvc valve. should be good to go after that. cost estimate $ 60 hope this helps.
