Pad material will cause these problems.... Buy good Cermic pads and new rotors and you won't have that problem

Brake pedal vibrate pne the spped and brake apply at 30 mph and below

THis is usually a rotor or drum out of true. Replace or resurface as needed. Rotors need LOTS of thickness to avoid warping, during normal braking. Often it is similar cost to replace rotors and so not resurface old ones...

When I hit the brake paddle in my ford escape for braking it makes this growling noise. What could be the problem

If you've never had the brake pads/shoes replaced, it's probably the metal backing of the pads grinding against the brake rotors -- metal on metal. You need to have the brakes checked, and if this is the case, will need to replace the pads/shoes and rotors/drums.

My escape is making a grinding sound, along with pulsating when braking. My husband has replaced the abs sensor, and it is still doing te same thing. Any suggestions what to do next?

The grinding sound when braking is almost surely worn brake pads. If an abs sensor is bad it will set the abs light on. Heres an easy way to figure whether to look at the front or rear brakes first. When braking, take notice as to whether the vibration is felt more in the steering wheel or the seat. If it is more in the steering wheel take a look at your front brakes first, and obviously if it is felt in the seat look at the back brakes first. Both front and rear need to be checked out because the pulsating you are feeling is due to rotors or drums that have been heated up and warped. In order to fix both problems, you most likely will need brake pads and rotors/drums. If you just replace the pads, not only will the pads wear away faster due to the damage to the rotors/drums, but your vibration issue will not go away and infact may intensify.

POSSIBLY CHEAP PAD'S AND ROTORS WARPED FROM EXTREME HEAT EITHER FROM PADS OR HARD STOPS FREQUENTLY. I SUGGEST IF MONEY IS A PROBLEM GO TO THE DEALER AND GET MOTORCAFT PADS,A BIT CHEAPER THAN PREMIUM AND IF ROTORS ARE TOO THIN REPLACED THEM. ROTORS WILL GET WARPED AGAIN IF TOO THIN. HAVE A REPUTABLE SHOP DO A SLOW CUT,NOT FAST CUT ON ROTORS. SERIOUSLY,VEHICLE'S THESE DAY'S DO NOT WORK WELL WITH AFTERMARKET PART'S. FORD HAD DESIGNED THIER BRAKE SYSTEM TO EUROPE'S DESIGN TO OPERATE A CERTAIN WAY AND ABILITY. IT WILL BE COMPROMISED WITH AFTERMARKET PARTS. LOOK FOR SPECIALS AT DEALERSHIP, CHEAPER THAN YOU THINK FOR A BRAKE JOB THESE DAY'S WITH A WARRANTY ON THE JOB!

In 2004 Impala, do I have rotor or drums?

The best way to answer you question is to tell you to take the vehicle to your nearest dealer and inquire with the parts dept. I can tell you that on the ffront of your car you have rotors and the brake used on the front is called a pad. Also your vehicle does not have a separate parking brake. It is the same as the regular rear brake no matter which type of brakes you have on the back.

Inside brake pads wearing 75 % in less than 5000 miles

Your thinking is correct. The caliphers are floating they have to be able to move freely back and forth on the slide pins.If they do not then the inside pads wear out prematurely.
