Question about Hyundai Motor S
I have a leak from gearbox end of my driveshaft on a manual box changed oil seal and it,s still leaking ive been told i may have a driveshaft from automatic gearbox is there a diffrants. hyundai s111 coupe 2.0L 2007 5 speed can you help me thanks
Not sure if you can interchange the manual & aut shafts, but you should check to see if there is excessive play where the shaft enters the gear box if so the diff bearings my be worn, if there is no play or noises from gear box when driving, remove the shaft again an try the seal on the shaft to check it's a proper fit, before fitting seals it is a good idea to leave them soaking in oil for a few hours prior to fitting
hope this helps
