Might not have a fuse. If reverse lights are not working , and you have checked for burnt out bulbs , the most likely cause is the reverse gear sensor switch which is usually threaded into the transmission

if you have checked all your fuses try tracing the wiring back to fuse box last time i had this problem it was in the wiring just out of the fuse box

I don't have any reverse lights on my 2000 toyota avalon


if the bulbs are good, then check the signal from the transmission range switch.you can check that at the bulb socket with the park brake set, the key on/engine off and put trans in reverse. use a test light and check power in the light socket. no power indicates bad fuse, bad wiring, or bad range switch.

I have a 1996 Toyota Avalon. When I tried to


try resetting the computer which involves unhooking the battery for about 15 minutes. if you have an anti-theft radio make sure you know the code and how to enter it.
