If the key fob is broken, you will need to replace it. They are available on ebay for very reasonable prices. They will include programming instructions that are easy to follow. Keys must be programed at the dealership, however.

You might be only needing soldering, so I would suggest that you take it to a guy who knows about fixing electronics and they should be able to fix it. If the remote is not communicating then you need to call the dealer to tell you how to reprogram your remote to communicate with the alarm module in your car. hope that helps.

if the fob case has broken and the transmitter is loose , you can get a blank key with the new case , have the blank key cut to the old key profile and then put the rest in the empty case and it will work

Are you using an aftermarket key or the original? It may have a chip in it. Also if you have a spare original try it.

My key-less entry isnt working. Ive tried changing the batteries on the remote but still nothing? Would it be a fuse? If so which one???

google "Hyundai key fob repair" and it comes up with several fixes, it is a common problem. I've fixed GM fobs with a kit from keylessfix.com, works great.

My trunk button is broken and i can;t get my things out the trunk

What do you mean by "my trunk button"? Are you referring to your key-less remote? Or the yellow button in the glove box? First check to make sure that you have not accidentally set the valet switch to LOCK. That will disable the remote & the yellow button from working. Info on how to do that is in your owners manual.
FYI, there was a technical service bulletin on your key-less remote. Buick redesigned it [they had problems with the trunk opening accidentally] If you need a new key-less remote, the new part number is P/N 25678792.
If the solenoid for the power trunk lock has failed, the remote will not work. Assuming you can not open the trunk using the trunk key, there is one last method to get into the trunk. You must remove the rear seat assembly. Then remove any plastic or paper covering which may separate the trunk from the rear seating area. Using a good flashlight, a 3/8" drive ratchet, several extensions [totaling 3 feet in length} and the proper flex socket [most likely 8mm, 10mm or 13mm] you can remove the three bolts which hold the latch mechanism from the inside of the trunk lid. The trunk lid will then open. At this point, you can get your stuff and fix the problem with the power trunk mechanism.

My remote ky to luck and unlock is not working and i changed the battery and nothing happend 2000 slk 230

Inside the key less remote there is a thin piece of copper that the battery sits under. Make sure it is in the correct spot. If it is not exactly where it is suppose to be you have no battery connection. If you find that this part has broken loose it will still work if placed correctly.

Keyless Remote Won't Work - But Car Starts

The remote receiver unit is located in the rear view mirror. This may be faulty. Since the car is new (less than a year?) you still may have the factory warranty.
