You may need to put some silicone sealer around where the glass lens seals to the headlight housing.

Headlight condensation

Try by using a hair drier. Remove head light assembly from vehicle. Remove the bulb for the head light, Use the hair drier through the bulb hole to remove condensation. If water gets in the head light. Drill a small hole on bottom to release the water. Some times you can remove the condensation from the head light if its not bad by using the drier on the outside of the head light, with out removing it. Good-Day!

Water in light cover lens

The head lamp assembly should be sealed, you can either replace them or...... remove them and drill a small hole or two in the bottom to allow the moisture to exit. I have done this on a number of vehicles and it works great

Water coming out through the exhaust

You either have a blowen head gasket or the head is cracked. this will also cause water to get into the oil on most cases. Check the oil stick and if oil looks a light brown milky color then it is the head or gasket .

I have water in my 2001 Dodge ram head light cover drivers side, how do I get it off and drain the water from it???

Just a suggestion if you don't want to take your headlight off to try and drain the water, take a small drill bit and drill two holes in your headlight one on the bottom on the side where the water lies the best and one on the top so it can let it run out good, not no big drill bit but one that will let it drain good, won't hurt your headlight.

Water in dipstick and check engine light comes on

usually whhen there is water or antifreeze showing up on your dipstick, most commonly the head is leaking, this is very bad. it could be a cylinder head gasket leak or worse a cracked or warped block or head. i would get it checked as soon as possible. if it is just a bad gasket then the cost is less(still expensive but less than the other two)
if you let it go too far it could get too hot and cause the head or block to crack or warp.

The check engine light its blinkin and white smoke its coming out of the exhaust...what is the problem??

Sounds like you blown a head and water is getting into your engine. Take it to your mechanic unless you can replace a head. If the water is not going into your oil it is burning out your exaust side of the head and thats why your getting the white smoke going out your exaust

I have a 1998 Saturn. The reservoir often leaks water/antifreeze and light comes on to indicate. I have had water pump as well as reservoir replaced. Doesn't leak everday but still leaks. WHat is this?...

you need to find that leak, is the leak visible? if its not from radiator or the reservoir, the only other place I could think you can lose water is the head gasket. It happens to high miles and hard driver. 100k miles would likely be a head gasket. Leaking head gasket will also cause the engine temperature to rise and run super hot. antifreeze will leak through the head gasket down to your oil pan mixing oil and water. Check your oil by pulling the dip stick and see if you have oil mix with water; it will have a slimy looking colors, oil is light color and it should never be black. if it black than change your oil and inspect it afterward when the car has been running for while. when engine really hot cause the heat to effect the starter not to engage or start or engine is too hot to run. repairing head gasket could run anywere from 500-800 bucks.
