What should the rpm be at in a 1998 iszue rodeo at 70 it is a 5 speed 4x4

It is impossible to calculate with out knowing the over drive ratio (5th gear) and the diff ratio and tire size but with most vehicle with 5 speed boxes it should be in the 3000 to 3500 rpms range
The average vehicle at 74 miles/hr or 120 k/h runs around 3200 rpms
it doesn't matter how many cylinders or if 4x4 or make of vehicle , the rpms is tied to the ratio of the gear and the diff and the circumference of the tires
Sorry , it cannot be more exact than that

I have a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo 5 speed V6 3.2L, it'll

Sounds like clutch adjustment or replacement. (Not disengaging the trans fully). Check to make sure you have enough juice in the clutch master reservoir and that there isn't a leak at the clutch slave cylinder first.........

I have an Isuzu Rodeo 1998 2.2L manual transmision. There is a disturbing noise while driving in a 3rd gear. It is hard to make a shift into the 2nd gear & 3rd gear. What is the problem?

This sounds like the syncros are going out but you may have a clutch on it's way out as well. This might also have a clutch resivoir under the hood like and near the brake fluid resivoir. Check the fluid level. If it was low you may need to bleed the clutch like brakes. That is hard for me to tell you how unless I am there. It is not at all difficult but ask around on here if it comes to that. I hope this helps, The Raz

Hard to shift 5 speed manual speed transmission on 1995 rodeo

pending on the type of clutch in the vehicle, you may be low on clutch fluid. (if your clutch is hydraulic)
other than that it is most likely the entire clutch itself.
