Car is making loud noise when changing gear.also dies on pressing clutch

Sounds like you need a new clutch ,the fingers on the pressure plate have worn away ,remember when stopped at lights to select neutral handbrake on and foot off the clutch .Not sitting their holding clutch down waiting for a racing start when lights change ,now i know this is the spanish way but its mine .

Clutch makes a noice when not pressed down

Yes, all manuals with clutches have a clutch release bearing, or throw-out bearing as used to be called. If old or worn or bad, they can make a whistling noise or high pitched squeal.

Clutch pedal goes to th floor and won't spring back. High-pitched noise. I am not able to shift gears. 2007 Mercury Milan-Standard-6cyl.

First check your clutch fluid, make sure it is at the full line, if not fill it up and check for leaks. If it is then you are going to need a new clutch.

My BRAKE light came on and I thought it was my parking brake

Rubbing noise usually indicates that your brake pads has worn down, and it's rubbing against brake rotor. It's more like grinding noise rather than rubbing, right? And for the brake light problem, as brake pads wear down, brake fluid level goes down too. Your car is equiped with a brake fluid level sensor. So, check your brake pad first before adding brake fluid.
