Question about 2002 Hummer H1
We have replaced almost everything. We have checked fuel pressure, fuel volume, air in system. We have changed both fuel tanks that we found manufacturer defects in. All new fuel lines. new lift pump, selector valve, new injection pump.
I will be driving and all of a sudden it shutters then stalls with zero closure on injection pump. There is a chance it is a new pump that is bad. we have set timing to the -.25 through -.75 range it is at .44 now.
Also, every now and then I get a surge and idles up for a split second and if I do not have foot on brake, the h1 will lunge forward.
Only things left are bad PMD/Injection Pump which is only a month old or PCM (Power Control Module)
I need serious help here. Hummer tech is puzzled and even AM General came out and problem NOT FIXED!!!
Expensive H1 is just NOT RELIABLE NOW and this sucks!
