Question about 1999 Volkswagen Cabrio
'99 Cabrio - starts to chug at 55 mph but comes out of it around 70. Bad gas ? Timing? Points? Plugs? I'm Lost.....

Replace the coil. It likely has soaked up moisture and shorting internally.
