it usually put in on the low pressure side of any air conditioning system, it will be on the largest size alumunin line that comes from the compressor, some have a blue cap covering the service port.

I need to know where the charging port is for the ac on a 2000 s type is on a jaguar

3.0L ? Low side is on the ac compressor (bottom driver side). High side is on the accumulator facing up almost touching the hood, up against the radiator, passenger side.

Air conditioner does not cool in 2000 Yukon. How do I check freon level and how to replace freon if need be

Get an r134a refrigerant add kit from Walmart or your local auto parts store.

You can even get a can of Arctic Freeze by Intermatics that has a hose and a gauge on it.

Connect the hose to the low side port. You can find this port on the 'thicker' piping that comes off of the compressor (versus the thinner piping that comes off the compressor which is the high pressure side).

Pressure should read 25 psi to 45 psi on the low pressure side when the compressor is running and the a/c is on.

Pressure should read 75 psi to 100 psi on a hot day when the car is off.

However, you'll want the a/c to be running when you add freon.

Press the button on the can to install more freon, if needed.

Where is the low side ac fitting to install freon

The port is right at the top of the compressor. But If you are asking where it is, you surely are not qualified and you should not attempt to "charge up" the a/c. Severe damage to the a/c system may result.

How to put freon in jaguar s-type

The compressor is located underneath the drivers area towards the front. Right beneath the compressor is the low pressure port and there's where you put your freon. You have to raise the car.. follow your owners manual for jacking... you should also use a hard jack for support since you will go a little underneath the front of the car... use alight. I recommend you get the freon 134 kit that has a pressure gage  so the you can see if the freon pressure         ( pressure high full or a problem with system ) or low and needs charging

I need the location of the low pressure ac port 2001 lincoln ls v8

The lincoln better idea engineers put the low side freon port in a peculiar place.. You will find the low pressure port near the compressor under the car on the driver's side. You will need to put your car on a lift to get to it. Once you raise your vehicle, take the plastic shields off and you will find the compressor...yup...it's a tight spot.
Hope i was able to answer your question...be safe.

Cant find the low pressure port to charge a/c on 2000 olds alero

It should be near the compressor on the low side line. It is a huge pain to get to. Feel along the line, and you should come to the fitting.

Where is the freon inlet?

The port is on the low side of the suction line. This is the larger of the two lines from the compressor. Follow the line and you will come to it. It may have a cover over it. There are two ports, the low side is larger than the high side so there will be no mix up. If you are near Auto Zone store they can show you on computer where it is. It takes a certain amount of know how to charge the a/c system. DO NOT OVERCHARGE THE SYSTEM!
