Under the hood ,in the fuse, relay box,it will be marked under the lid of the box,and the fuel pump is in the fuel tank, removal of the bed,or dropping the fuel tank will be the only way to change it out.If you turn the ignition key on,you will hear the fuel pump relay click, and then click again as it cuts on,and then off.if it is doing this, the fuse, and the relay are fine

1999 ford econoline e 250 low voltage (7volts) at fuel pump, where is the relay located and how can it be identified?

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

Fuel pump runs when turned off the fuel pump relay what does it look like

the fuel pump relay is normally a black colored relay, located in your fuse / relay box, check for this under your hood located in a black box, on the drivers side. check on the inside cover, it should show a diagram of where the relay is located in the box, hope that this has been very helpful to you.

2005 Ford F-150 5.4 The truck is not starting. When you turn it on it sound like it is not getting fuel to run the engine. Or the fuel pump is not comming on. Need help please.. Thank you

Fuel pump relay probably. There is also a relay which affects the injector output also controlled by the fuel pump relay which is called an auto shut down relay.Try the fuel pump relay first. Then the auto shut down relay. If not either of those, you may need a fuel pump but doesn't seem likely on a 5 year old truck but stranger things have happened.Good luck,Greg A dealer will likely tell you exactly where they are as I do not know parts locations for every car. Most systems, yes, parts locations,no.Happy (inexpensive) Holiday

1999 f-150 will turn over, but won't start

First thing to check is the fuel reset. This will be located on the passenger kick panel. Check fuses and relay for the fuel pump. Worst case scenario, it is your fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank.

Pump relay

The relay is located on the cab on the drivers side. Locate the fuel pump inertia switch up against the firewall.
Check and see if you have a fuel shut off switch in the trunk of your car. It should tell you in your owners manual. you can see if you have power there when you turn your key on. it only powers it up for 4 to 5 seconds
