Suspension squeak is always caused by the rubber road shock isolation bushings becoming inflexible from age, all the suspension component's are mounted using these rubber isolators, to get rid of the noise you will need to replace all the bushings to be sure of a successful job. This job requires some special tools and lots of parts, u will also need the alignment set after the job, many of the bushings are not soled separately from the parts they are mounted in, it comes as one assembly, so the job is very expensive, at least $1000.00

BMW 528i s reg rear suspension

Check for pressure out of the air pump. If there, then the problem is a blown seal in the shock.
