Question about 1996 Dodge Intrepid
1996 Intrepid Dies every time I stop or slow down. No. 1,3,5, cylinders not firing . Replaced the map sensor, worked for a few miles and then resumed the same problem. Map sensor had some liquid in it, but helps if blowed out, works properly for a few miles. Replaced coil but it did not help.
Sounds like a possible idle air sensor and or a failing head gasket if it has the 2.7 I would suggest having the journals in your heads clean or blown out because they had a flaw in those heads that can cause catastrophic damage.
