No year make model given so not able to see if it is a known issue.
Both of those are functions of the body control module. You can check the door switches for the interior light and also the dome light switch itself, but that doesn't cover the radio issue.
You are chasing the wrong things. All the items that are giving you trouble are controlled by the Body Control Module, and connected to other modules and sensors via a Communication Bus computer network.
You can't fix this yourself and you can't fix it by just replacing the BCM. You need an auto electrician with a pro grade, bi-directional scan tool computer. Scan for DTRs and Comms issues, diagnose and fix.
CHECK DOME LIGHTS.FAULTY SWITCH OF DOME LIGHTS IS ONE OF YHE PROBLEM U MAY HAVE.DOME LIGHTS DO NOT HAVE A SEPERATE FUSE.BCM CONTROLS THEM.IF U NEED MORE INFO LET ME KNOW
the cracking noise in the radio sounds like a ground wire being on loose...the interior lighjts run off a fuse located under the dash next to your hood latch
It's not a fuse, It is the internal wiring, the wiring from your dome light to your wiring harness is bad.. have you recently put in an aftermarket CD player?
