You must mean O2 sensor (Oxygen Sensor), they are located in the exhaust manifolds before your catalyltic converter.

Where is the #3 bank 1 oxygen senser located on the exhaust system of my 1999 chevy s10 4x4 4.3 liter v6 pick up?

The oxygen sensor is located in the flow of exhaust and there will be two. the first is at the exit of the exhaust manifold where the head pipe attaches before the converter and the other is just after the cat converter.

They are located on your exhaust between your exhaust manifold and your catalytic converter. You should have two of them.
