This is a common problem (mine in a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan) with the Blower Motor Resistor.
Disconnect the Battery and wait at least 2-mins (to prevent a accidental discharge of the Passenger side Air Bag).
Remove the Dash-Glove Box. The Resistor is located directly behind the Glove Box on the fire wall, and is held on with two (2) (I believe) 8mm screws.
Unplug the Resistor, remove the screws and it pulls-out.
Install the new Resistor, install the screws, plug back in, reconnect the Battery and recheck the Blower Speed operation. Re-disconnect the Battery (Air Bag!) and reinstall the Glove Box.

Ford F-350 blower only works on high?

It will either be the switch or the blower motor. You can test the switch with a volt meter at the blower motor conection and see if the voltage changes with the switch. I do not know what the actual voltage should be, but if you get nothing accept on high the its the switch. Otherwise look towards the blower.

1999 GMC Denali heater blower motor is always on high. The only way to stop it, while the vehicle is running, is to pull the 25A fuse. The switch does nothing, even in the "off" position.

Hi,Sounds like your resister for your blower motor is shorted. this is mounted under the passenger side of the heater box where the blower motor is. This resister board has a reley mounted on it for high speed operation. very easy to change around 40 bucks at auto zone.

I HAVE FORD FOCUS 2003 ZX5 BLOWER MOTOR WORKS ONLY AT HIGH SPEED

It's quite likely the the blower moter relay needs replaced. When this relay burns out you end up with off and high, nothing inbetween. I hope this helps.

2003 Dodge Durango A/C Heater Blower does not work?

Sounds like a bad blower motor resistor. That part is what changes the speed of the blower, and your original blower motor may not be bad if it was running on high only. It may have been the resistor.

here is what my book says:
Blower Motor Speed Control To Remove:
  1. Remove the right lower instrument panel insulator.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor speed control.
  3. Remove the blower motor speed control mounting screws.
  4. Remove the blower motor speed control.

Heater control only works on high

You need a blower motor resistor, and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.
