You should be able to repair it yourself.
Would check for loose/bad connections at the back of the headlight or could be the connection between the socket and lamp itself. A simple home check too would be to try the lamp from the other side if you might suspect the lamp. Please get back to me if you require further assistance.

1999 Dodge Pickup- all the lights & the turn signals work when the headlights are off but when you turn the lights on the left turn signal both back & front do not work. What could be the cause?...

I would suspect the turn signal swich is shorted. Due to the cost please have a trained technician diagnose this before any parts are replaced needlessly.

LOL....Stealership is a good phrase..I'll remember that.

If you don't need the part IMMEDIATELY try going to they have everything and it's generally in stock.

Instead of ordering over the net call them....not every time, but generally they'll drop the price a few bucks, at least enough to help cover thier reaslitic shipping charges...NO B.S.

I paid $6.95 to have a Tonneau Cover for one of my pick-ups shipped to my house.

I hope this helps, by the way Jeep is well known for headlight switch issues.

I hope this helps, let me know what you think about the web site.

I am in NO way connected to the warhouse financially or otherwise.

Thanks for letting fix ya

Driver side signals only work when headlights are OFF

What may have happened is either the headlights wiring or the parking lights wiring somewhere along the wiring fused to the left turn signals wiring. Depending on if the turn signals go on when you put the parking lights on or the headlights on.

If the signals come on when you turn on the headlights than you only need to locate the light green wire that comes off the left turn signal harness.

Next follow that wire the entire way back to the firewall looking for another wire fused to that wire as you go.

If there are no signs of this you need to continue looking on the other side of the firewall all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit which is a black box that connects to a black harness located next to a grey harness behind the knee bolster.

But if the signals come on when you turn on the parking lights than you will also need to check the wiring from the rear left signal and follow that light green wire all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

This should fix your problem, but if not than your problem may lay within the the wiring between the turn signal/hazard switches and the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

Also you may have a burnt circuit in the junction block. This block is where the light green from the rear left signal and front left signal meet. Don't have a description but if you cannot find it let me know and I will go out to the yard and look myself and let you know.

Audi A4 "left dipped headlight" problem

this most likely caused by a poor headlight ground, check around the headlight for any loose wiring that is screwed to the sheet metal of the car under the hood behind the headlight.

Audi A4 "left dipped headlight" problem

I have the same issue on my 2002 A4. According to my Audi dealer mechanic, there is a sensor on the front suspension that controls the angle of the headlight. Replacing this may resolve the issue.
