The A/C compressor on a vehicle does this. It turns on and off according to the engines output. If the sound is very laud or gets worst, have it checked by a mechanic.

A/C Receiver Drier/Accumulator - need info.

The accumulator protects the compressor from slugs of un- evaporated refrigerant (liquid refrigerant will destroy a compressor), water and trash. It appears that your mechanic knows his stuff.

2001 isuzu rodeo 4x4 is their a reset switch for the fuel sistem.

Perhaps in the ECM/ECU, you would have to go without a car for a bit to send it off, though.

Physically, it only has a bleeder valve in the fuel rail, just underneath the plastic cover on the engine, follow the silver rail that runs across the front and goes back on both sides, it's on the right side, just under the left-side blue refrigerant valve cover.

Why does 2001 Chrysler sebring A/C cuts in and

It's low on refrigerant ( probably uses R-134a) available at WalMart. Low refrigerant pressure switch deactivates A/C compressor for safety reasons.
