It sounds like a fuse check owners manual and fine where its housed and check the given fuse.

If just the instrument cluster is dark, I would look for a wiring problem. If none of the dash lights work, could be a dimmer switch or fuse problem.

The blinking engine light indicates your problems are severe and could cause more damage to the engine if not corrected. You will need to have a diagnostic scan run to retrieve the trouble codes that are causing the light to come on & flash. From those codes, repairs needed can be determined.

Brake light for 1999 ford tarus


You lift the trunk lid and peel back the upholstery to the rear of the trunk area. Unscrew the plastic nut holding the tail light housing on the car. Pull forward find the exact bulb that has blown, twist to remove the socket and pull out and push down and twist the bulb and or simply unplug it and replace with newer bulb. if you were refearing to the entiar tail lamp itsself try CERTI-FIT

Power windows do not work


If you haven't already, start by checking the fuse. Also, is there anything else that doesn't work, like the intereior lights, cigarette lighter, etc., because that will tip you off as to if it is the fuse. Then if not, it's most likely your power switches. They will need to be replaced.

check to see if there is power at the light green/red wire at the alt. If the is no power check the thirty amp fuse in the engine comp fuse box for the alt.
