Sometimes my truck doesnt want to start when its cold outside especially when its sat for a couple days. but once its on i dont have any more problems with it for that day. to get it startd i have to crank it a bunch of times end up flooding it & sometimes actually kill the battery
so the cold would throw that off? because i only have the problem when the weathers cold i have no problems in the summer even if i let it sit for 3 or more daysso the cold would throw that off? because i only have the problem when the weathers cold i have no problems in the summer even if i let it sit for 3 or more days

bad fuel system doesnt show on a readout--hav a residual fuel pressure test done--pump may b failn--a cold start sensor cud b an issue--a data stream that displays voltages is the best diagnoses-a gud tech can spot a bad sensor or part
well if you live some where where its cold and you didnt plug it that probably why but if not maybe your alternator is broken or your gas line might be frozen if its cold outside. good luck
Sometimes on cold days if the cranking amps on the battery are low, then it will be hard for the vehicle to start. Also, check the oil level. If the level is low it will create a hard start and rough idle for the vehicle.
Check battery connections for corossion. Also check battery to body ground, battery to motor ground, and motor to body ground strap for corossion. Sometimes they corrode under mounting bolt and cause bad ground.
Sounds like either your thermostat, which is the least expensive and easiest thing to change, or your water pump, or clogged radiator, which is a whole new world! The reason it wont blow hot, is because you are not getting any water to the heater core. Hope this helps.
