So, starting is good, your problem is that it will not move at all when you put it in gear. Will the car move in reverse ? Do you have any codes ?

My 2004 stratus will miss at 4000 rpm in park and is leaking a clear fluid from right around where my anti freeze will go

I had a 1991 cutlass supreme that would cut out at 4000 rpms it was set up that way at the factory so it couldn't be over reved. Are you sure your clear fluid isn't from the air conditioner?

My 2002 dodge durango hits 4000 RPMs and bounces between 3000 and 4000 RPMs when I am in park and have the throttle held down. I replaced the cam sensor and it is still doing it.

this is your rev limiter stopping you from over reving engine causing internal damage. this is normal on all new vehicles. Don't know what year they started this but it goes back at least 16 yrs

Check the crank sensor. This is very common for this problem. Best wishes!
