Question about 2003 Land Rover Freelander

1 Answer

2003 land rover freelander will not start

It ran one day, and the next will not start. It turns over nicely, battery charged. Tested the injectors with test kit, and appears injectors are not getting signal to fire. Replaced the cam sensor but still no luck. Poured a small amount of fuel into intake and it will run as long as there is fuel. Fuel pump has pressure.....Crank sensor next ??? Please anyone !! Need some help !

My wild guess, Fuel injector that was dirty, is now clean and is not working quite right. Have you had the error codes read? Your favorite auto parts store may read them for you.

Intermittent flashing of the battery charger

Check your battery cable connections first. If they are tight then have the battery tested. If the battery tests good then most likey your alternator is starting to fail.
