It's most likely the evaporator. or the lines running to it.

My 2003 Chevy venture sprung a leak while adding freon. I saw the freon come out on the back of the motor on the passenger side. Where are the hoses located?

There are no hoses on the ac sys they are metal lines an if you follow the compressor lines back to the evap unit under the dash you will see what I am saying. Once the leak was discovered did the ac still function as it should or did it not get cold.

Condensate leaking on passenger side from ac

The drain tube from the evaporator housing is most likely plugged up. With the vehicle in the air locate the drain tube on the passenger side of the firewall and using coat hanging or something similar carefully snake it through it Be careful as a lot of water may pour out and don't go crazy poking with the coat hanging as the evaporator core is at the other end of the tube.

Water in the passenger floor board of my 2005 chevy cobalt

check your heater coil under the dash on passanger side for leak at joint areas. it could be condensation from the AC condencer dripping down the line that goes into the firewall, if so seal that area with a good sylicone.

2002 chevy cavalier ac fan does not work on high, only on bi level

Most probable cause is a bad BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR (BMR). This part is located underneath the right side of the dash mounted into the blower motor housing. The BMR has a circuit board that is suseptible to corrosion and moisture damage because it is in an enclosed area with much condensation. After replacing it a couple of times, the 3rd time I dipped the circuit board in TOOL DIP - the stuff you rubber coat screw drivers with - have not had a problem since (3 years).
