I have a 1989 Toyota Pickup 22RE Engine 5 Speed Manual Transmission - The problem is that the clutch slips on higher gears especially on cruise control when I encounter a hill. Can you tell me if there is...

If it's a hydraulic operated clutch, as I think it is, then no, there is no adjustment. Only the cable operated clutches were adjustable. But there is a clutch pedal height and free-play adjustment that needs to be correct. Freeplay distance is 3/16 to 5/8 inch, adjusted at the pedal end of clutch pushrod. I don't know the pedal height for your pickup (you'll have to ask some toyota person), but the adjustment is made near top of pedal where it contacts the stopper bolt.

Adjustment of clutch on 1994 pickup

The only clutch adjustment you can make is peddle free play. There's an adjustable rod between the top of the peddle and the clutch master cylinder:

The clutch will not engage properly on my 1988 toyota pickup. Already replace clutch master cyclinder and clutch slave?

There are a couple of possibilities; worn clutch plate, failed pressure plate, possible hanging up of the throw-out bearing. Also, some hydraulic clutches have a throw adjustment on the slave cylinder that may need adjustment after replacing the slave cylinder.
If you plan on more DIY maintenance, I would highly recommend buying a Haynes service manual, you'll find the $25 well-spent:

NO TRICK TO BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. FILL RESERVOIR WITH FLUID , LEAVE CAP OFF, LOOSEN BLEEDER , MONITOR RESERVOIR KEEPING IT FULL. STOP WHEN YOU SEE NO MORE AIR BUBBLES. WORKS BETTER WITH 2 PEOPLE BUT ONE PERSON CAN ACHIEVE NO PROB. HOPE THIS HELPS!

1991 Toyota pickup 4WD clutch slipping

There is an adjustment for the clutch pedal under the dash where the push rod goes thru the firewall. There is only aprx. 1/2" of adjustment so be careful when making an adjustment, if your clutch is slipping then you need to shorten the throw of the push rod.
