Where can I get the above wiring diagrams on the web?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try www.allpar.com or your local library web site.My library has an online automotive repair site accessible from home and also has Alldata.com that is accessible at the library itself. They may also have repair manuals in the library. Also, some dealers will let you look at their repair manuals.

you can buy a fuse probe for under $5 and probe all the fuses one by one (it is a small plastic box with two prongs and an 'led' light that glows when the fuse is good). some fuse packs include a fuse probe at no extra charge. some vehicles work on circuit breakers which are small black boxes. listen to the fuse panel while turning the windscreen wipers on or off to see if you can hear a clicking from the circuit breaker. the circuit breaker protects the fuse. good luck
