All of this Information Is Very Critical For Diagnostics on LATE Models Especialy, But EARLY Models Are Also More Time Consuming (Through the INTERNET) to Diagnose. Having SAID this,,,
A Pick-up Coil IN Distribitor Will Cause a NO SPARK Condition, If it is an Older Chrysler , Dodge, Plymoth Product then The Resistor Block Located on Firewall or Close to Distribitor Can Cause this, No Power to Distribitor or Coil also. I am Sorry If this Does NOT Help and HOPE this DOES Help as I Have Said there is Info NEEDED in Order to Give you A Difinitive Answer.

Check all fuses first. If you have done that, make sure to carefully check all wires that lead to your coil and distributor for bad connections and corrosion (blue powder on wires) clean and replace as needed. There is also usually an ignition module on or near the distributor. This could also be the problem if it wasn't replaced.

SOURCE: No spark to the plugs.
I replaced plugs-wires-coil pack-cam sensor-check fuses under hood and still no spark-finally if you look at the fuse box under hood (driver side next to battery-coming out black box-carefuly remove tape wrap from bundle,find the 2 red wires w/white stripe,follow those to where they connect to one red/white stripe wire(half way between box and washer fluid res.remove factory tape there-if there is powder corrossion reconnect and splice wires together-my truck started right up-hope this is the problem.DakotaDoug
