Question about 1992 Buick LeSabre
Try a crank sensor. It's next to the crankshaft pulley and the pulley has to come off to replace. Special tools required.

I just had this problem a couple of months ago. Turned out to be a Crankshaft Positioning Sensor that was bad. Had it fixed by a mechanic so I can't even tell you where it's located.
