Question about 1992 Saab 9000
The fuel pressure might be low(fuel pump , pressure regulator)
You may have vacuum leak somewere in intake system.
Bad air flow sensor , throttle position sensor etc...
Multiple causes for case like this.
Probably better take it to a workshop , unless you have knowlage and tools to check all those components.
