Check your oil, make sure level is okay. I do not like to through parts at a problem without diagnoising it first, but oil pressure sensors are fairly cheap, you could just replace it, and see if that fixes the problem, or have the sensor checked and make sure the gauge is working correctly.

MAKE SURE THE RIGHT OIL IS IN THE ENGINE, A WRONG GRADE CAN PRODUCE DIFFERENT OIL PRESSURES

You do not have a timing belt- you have a chain

If the shop put in the problems, wouldn't you go back there?

I;ve lost oil pressure the needle stay's down while driving, is the oil pump bad or going bad? is it located in the oil pan or the front of the 4.6L MOTOR?

If the needle is staying down and the motor is not knocking then the gauge is probably bad. If you run the engine with no oil pressure, then it will not last long. It will start knocking and ruin the engine. But yes the oil pump in in the oil pan. There is also a oil pressure sending unit that could be bad. It is located on the back of the engine.

Its the radiator that wy its a mist take it back to the place you bought it from they new this before they sold it to you and that explanes the oil problem to the oil from the transmisson is cooled because it goes thruogh the radaitor as well and sometimes the engine oil depending if your oil is remotely cooled This is there fault not yours

How do i prime the oil pump in a 99 e250 5.4L

Oil pump is self priming. You do not need to prime it. If not showing oil pressure, the sensor is probably defective. Make sure oil level is not low. If the vehicles water temperature gauge shows normal when running then oil pump is working fine. If it goes to the overheat mark then you may have defective oil pump, which is rare. Most temperature gauges go past the middle when you first start up but then drop back to normal once the engine thermostat opens up. Hope this helps.

Oil pressure gauge light on until engine gets warm and then goes off

oil pickup screen could be clogged, or your oil weight needs to be something different. for some reason your oil pressure is not correct until it warms up. First thing to do is run some engine flush through it.

Purchase and run some engine flush through the oil....make sure you buy a new filter and change the oil...

post back how it goes...there are some more things you can do but we should start off here first.

When I turn the key on in my 99 Expedition Guages go to maximum

probably when heater core replaced instrument cluster was damaged. check for broken wires or loose connections. on newer vehicles sometimes if you disconnect the instrument cluster you have to reprogram it with a scan tool for the car to recognize it.

Temperature gauge goes up and oil light goes on

It's overheating.  check thermostat and water pump, also radiator coolant levels.  once you get it running at normal temp again take it to the shop and have them do a chemical test to see if the head gasket was damaged or the block was warped or cracked as this usually happens when your car overheats.
