The wiper motor, is under the cowl at the bottom of the windsheild. you can normally see it through the cowl, which will tell which side of the car the motor is on.

Am looking to replace my windshield wiper motor,

It is located under the hood just in front of the windshield on the firewall. You need to remove the plastic grill that covers the wiper assembly & remove the appropriate hardware holding the wiper motor in place. Good luck!

I changed the relay fuse to my windshield wipers and the knob and my wipers still wont work on my 98 plymoth grand voyager what should i check

Turn wipers on (veh in "on" or "acc" position)
Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield wiper motor (located in the engine compartment on the fire wall) and check for voltage. If you have voltage, there is a good possibility your windshield wiper motor is bad.
You may also: Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield motor and run a heavy gauge wire directly from the positive side of the battery to the motor. If you get the windshield motor to come on. There may be only a wiring (short) problem between the relay and the motor.

While in the interval wiper mode:
  • It is normal to hear a slight click at the beginning of each on/pause cycle. NOTE: When using interval wipers, the first wipe may not occur until after a pause of up to 17 seconds.

Windshield wipers

most of these windshield wiper motors are located right below the windsheld and above hood. you probably have to undo the louvers where the windshield wiper arms are located and it sits in front of the driver side not too bad to swap yourself part itself is about $60 w/old motor turned in
