Question about 2006 Ford Fusion
I was wondering what has to be removed to be able to change out the alternator on the 2006 ford fusion v6?? it looks like the a/c compressor may have to come off to be able to squeeze the alternator out?
The alternator probably is accessable from the underside of the car without removing the compressor, which would require extensive knowledge and expensive equipment. the best thing to do is purchase a repair manual. this inexpensive investment has detailed procedure and pictures to help you tackle this repair.
