Question about 1995 Ford Explorer
I have this problem too. Is it the buttons or the window motor? When I hold down the up button it makes electronic sounds like it would work and there is a little movement in the window itself (kinda like something stuck, with very little of tearing, gummed up motor noise once in a while) The window has gotten stuck 3 times in the last year but I was lucky and it went up a few minutes later. It's been stuck down for two days now. If it is the buttons I'm not sure how to disassemble it to clean them (I do not know anyone to do this for me)

Ford has an advantage and a curse to thier window buttons. you can disassemble and clean the contacts(I would have a student with electrical background do this) then reassemble it carefully and it will work if contact points are not fried.
