How to fold down back seat

If your car has this feature look for the push down latches on top of the seat back. Push the latch button down and pull the top of the seat forward. Be sure the seat belts are out of the way.

I have locked my keys in my ford fairlane ghia 2001 boot and the electric button dont work

There is a manual pull boot release you can use to open the boot. It is normally located just inside the boot behind the back seat. Your car has a fold down section on the rear seat back. Fold down the rear section of the back seat and you will see the manual release.

Do my back seats in my 1990 camry fold down?

is there a button on the top of the rear seat that you can push down on?if you don't see any, that means that your seats DO NOT fold down.just to make sure, open the trunk and look toward the rear seats and see if there are 2 levers(1 on the back of each seat) that say lock or unlock.these levers are used to lock the seats in place so they cant be opened from the inside of the car.if you dont see these levers, then you really DO NOT have fold down rear seats.hope this info helps.take care and good luck, manny

I have a 1995 Dodge 2500 pickup and the drivers power seat won't move forward or back. It seems to be jammed somewhere on the track. The motor is working and the drive shaft is turning. The seat starts to...

Check for any kind of obstructions in the track. If there is nothing there, you can try to have someone push the bottom of the back of the seat while you push the forward button, and vice versa. Sometimes the rails get stuck from debris or something wedged in the track. The only other thing I can think of is to take the seat out, remove the drive shaft and try to knock the track free with a hammer.

Take seat cover off

You need to remove the seat from the floor. Take out of the car and turn it upside down. Remove the hog rings holding the cover to the frame and remove the cover. Do your patch/repair and put the cover back on. Before you start, get a box of hog-rings and a pair of hog-ring pliers to crimp them with back in the same holes you removed them from. As for the head rest, there should be a button on the side to release it. Then just pull it straight up.

Don;t know how to flip the back seat down

Open the trunk, there should be a black button on the driver's sid; pull it out. Don't close the trunk lid as this will push in the button. On the rear sea, drivers side, there should be a leather loop, it might be hidde between the seat and the inside moulding, puul on it and the seat will release.

Back windows won't roll down

Check the fuses. All electric circuits have a fuse associated. If can't find or fuse is ok, it might have a fusible link. Get a schematic from a repair manual.
