Check out your tail lights, sounds like they are grounding out. Remove the bulbs install a new fuse and install one bulb back on at a time and turn the key if one does not blow the fuse then the socket has worn out.

The 30 amp fuse keeps blowing for om running light and the head light flicker what can i do? 1993 chevy shortbed 4x4

You have a short to ground.
You need to isolate the problem circuit.
Remove all of the lights light, then reinstall each light, when the fuse blows, you will know that you have located the problem circuit.
Get a wiring diagram for your truck, to help you trace the wires in the problem circuit.
Electrical problems can be time consuming.

My GMC truck 1993 Sierra just had new headlights installed. But the high beams point into the trees. It seems both the high and low beam lights are in one enclosure. Can I adjust these down?

Yes you can. There is an adjustment screw at the top of each head lamp and you just turn them out or counter clockwise and the beam will come down. You may also have to adjust them side to side also. There is an adjustment screw as well.

Headlight replacement

you can access the outer headlights from under the hood. the inner healights have to be replaced by removing the grille. after grille is removed you will see 10 mm head bolts above & possibly below the headlight bracket remove them & headlight capsule should come right out.

How do I change the head lights in 1994 Silverado?

1.remove the bezel retaining screws there should be 2 on the front inside (near grille 1 top 1 Bottom) and then 1 on top under the hood(near the fender side) then 1 more straight below it under the bottom light (4 Scews in total) *** make sure not to turn your adjustment screws

2.pull the sealed baem unit forward and disconnect the plug from behind

and installation is the opposite hope this helps!
