Does your key have the VATS chip in it, if it did you could have damaged the chip, try using your spare key.

My 2000 Buick Lesabre will not start when i turn the key it does nothing.

I have to ask - since you didn't include any other info - do any lights work? If not - you may have a dead battery. You can attempt to jump the car or put a charger on the battery. Once started, you should drive the car w/ minimal accessories on (if jumped to start) to allow the battery to charge. You should have the batter checked for possible replacement or service very soon. Buick Le Sabre No Start?

I have recently worked on a 1995 Buick Le Sabre that wouldn't start. First checked the fuel pump fuse and relay, they were both good. Then proceeded to change the faulty fuel pump. Proceeded to crank the car up and NO START....
Ended up finding that these buicks have problems with there wiring. So i found the power and ground wire to the fuel pump. Grounded it to the frame, and ran a hot wire up to the dash to a on/off switch that i then ran through the firewall and into a 20 amp fuse link. From there to a power source. Now to start the car, you have to turn the fuel pump on and off when you shut the car off.
But that beats chasing the entire wiring harness down to find a mysterious short.

Buick 2000 Le Sabre-transmission does not engage in any gear.

Try unplugging the electrical connection on the transmission to lock it in 3rd. It might get you moving. Although the transmission is going to need rebuilt or replaced.

its the electrical connection at he fuel pump,if this is ok ask if they replaced the strainer on your fuel pump, your fuel pump is inside your gas tank ,you have to drop the tank to service, most fuel pumps are not warrantied if you dont change the strainer, when your car shuts off the sediment on the strainer falls back into the tank, but when you run your car and it sucks up the gas thru the strainer to the pump it clogs the strainer and the fuel pump cant pump, you shoiuld find out if they changed this because your forcing your fuel pump to work harder, was it a new fuel tank or used one that they put in
